Subscription terms
Version 2026-10-04
These terms explain how paying for SalesOS works. They form part of our Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
What you see before you pay
Every purchase, plan change, cancellation and resumption opens a review showing the amount due today, the amount that renews and when, tax, the features you gain or lose, and these terms. Confirming records the figures you saw, this version of the terms, the time and your account. If a figure changes before you confirm, we show you the new figures and ask again. A review is held for 15 minutes.
Pricing and seats
Plans are priced per seat, billed monthly or annually. Volume discounts are graduated: each band of seats is billed at its own rate, and your price is the sum of the bands. The review lists every band.
You are billed for the number of seats you choose. Each plan has a maximum number of seats. Seat changes on an existing subscription are made by our support team. The plan is activated on the account that buys it; contact support if a teammate does not have access.
Automatic renewal
Card subscriptions through Stripe renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, and your card is charged the renewal amount shown in the review, plus any tax, until you cancel. Payments made through Razorpay are one-time payments for a single billing period and do not renew.
Trials
The Free plan includes a 14-day trial of the core CRM with no card required, and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own. Paid plans have no trial period: billing starts on the day you subscribe.
Changing plan or billing cycle
Upgrades, downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the second. If the new plan costs more for the rest of the period, the difference is charged straight away. If it costs less, the difference is kept as credit on your account and used on future invoices; credit is not paid out. Switching between monthly and annual billing starts a new billing period on the day you switch. Features not included in your new plan stop when the change takes effect; your data is kept.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Billing & Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then paid features stop. Your data is not deleted. Until that date you can resume the subscription and it carries on as before.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel or downgrade, except where the law requires a refund. If you think you were charged in error, contact support and we will look into it.
Taxes
Prices exclude tax. For card payments, Stripe calculates any sales tax, VAT or GST from your billing address and shows it on the payment page before you pay; a valid VAT or GST number can remove it where the law allows. For plan changes, the review shows the tax Stripe calculated. For Razorpay payments, GST is calculated from your billing details and included in the amount shown.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment processor retries it and the invoice stays open. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, paid features are suspended until the invoice is paid. Your data is kept. If your bank asks you to authenticate a payment, the invoice stays open until you finish authentication through the invoice link.
Price changes
Your renewal is charged at the price shown when you subscribed or last changed plan. A change to our list prices does not change an existing subscription automatically. A plan change is priced at the list price on the day you make it, and the review shows that price before you confirm.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe and India payments by Razorpay. SalesOS does not see or store your full card number. Invoices are available under Billing & Subscription.
