How does billing work?
SalesOS is priced per seat: you pay the plan’s per-seat price × the number of seats, monthly or annually (annual saves ~2 months). Plan changes prorate automatically through Stripe.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts are graduated — each seat band is billed at its own rate (like utility pricing). Professional: seats 1–9 full price, 10–19 are 10% off, 20+ are 15% off. Enterprise: 1–24 full, 25–49 −10%, 50–99 −20%, 100–249 −30%, 250+ −40%. Your effective per-seat price is the blended average across the bands — applied automatically, no negotiation.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated: an upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the period, and a downgrade leaves a credit that is used on your next invoices. Before you confirm, you see the exact amount, what renews and when, and the terms.
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Yes, any time from Billing, in a few clicks. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you paid for, with no refund for that month. Annual plans run to the end of the current billing month, and every month after that is refunded to your card, prorated to the second, together with any credit on your account, up to what you paid for the year. The review shows the exact refund and end date before you confirm.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes AI chat, plus a 14-day trial of the core CRM (leads, contacts, accounts, deals, documents and basic analytics) with no credit card. After 14 days core CRM needs a paid plan; AI chat stays free.
What do the usage limits mean?
Each tier includes limits (users, AI conversations, meetings, documents, API calls) that scale up as you move to higher plans. Enterprise is unlimited. You’re never charged surprise overages — you simply upgrade when you need more.
Can I add my whole team?
