Common Issues & Solutions
"Some records failed to import"
This usually happens when required fields are missing or data format is incorrect.
Solution: Download the error report, fix the issues in your CSV, and re-import just the failed records.
"Account relationships aren't preserved"
Import Accounts first, then Contacts and Opportunities.
Recommended order: 1. Accounts → 2. Contacts → 3. Leads → 4. Opportunities
"Custom fields not importing"
Custom fields need to be manually mapped during the import process.
Solution: In the field mapping step, manually assign your custom Salesforce fields to SalesOS fields or create new custom fields.
