How does billing work?
SalesOS is priced per seat: you pay the plan’s per-seat price × the number of seats, monthly or annually (annual saves ~2 months). Plan changes prorate automatically through Stripe.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts are graduated — each seat band is billed at its own rate (like utility pricing). Professional: seats 1–9 full price, 10–19 are 10% off, 20+ are 15% off. Enterprise: 1–24 full, 25–49 −10%, 50–99 −20%, 100–249 −30%, 250+ −40%. Your effective per-seat price is the blended average across the bands — applied automatically, no negotiation.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock that tier’s features and limits; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. Your feature access and usage limits always reflect your current plan.

What do the usage limits mean?
