Rep-speed workflow: saved views, inline editing & peek
A three-part overhaul of every core list and record. Saved views let you keep filter presets per entity (shareable org-wide, with a personal default). Statuses, stages and key record fields are now edited inline — no more modal round-trips — with bulk actions and one-click email/call on every list. Records show one unified activity feed (calls, emails, notes, tasks and field changes together), and a slide-over peek with j/k + Enter keyboard navigation lets you triage a whole pipeline without losing your place.
AI on the pipeline, everywhere you work
Deal cards and list views now show inline AI win-probability and risk chips, the dashboard gained a "Deals at Risk" early-warning widget, and the IRIS assistant opens from anywhere with ⌘J. Plus an accessibility pass across the app: focus traps and Escape handling in every modal, WCAG AA contrast fixes, and reduced-motion support.
Discount rules, tax rates & quote versioning
A full discount engine with promo codes, volume tiers and one-click apply-to-quote; region-based tax rates with compound calculation and location defaults; complete quote version history with side-by-side compare and restore; e-signature request management; and an admin 2FA enforcement policy.
